MtnPOS only supports Star Micronics TSP650II Bluetooth Series (TSP650II BTi, TSP654IIBi) Thermal Receipt Printer at this moment. This printer is very popular and reliable. It can be purchased from amazon (new, about $350) or ebay (used, about $175).
MtnPOS supports Thermal Cash Register POS Paper Rolls with size 3 1/8" x 230'. The receipt will be looking like this (there will have improvements in the future):
