There are two types of sorting:
A. Sort by time (advanced)
B. Sort by digit (simple)
To choose one option, please login and go to:
Store Manager -> Store Settings
To use time based sorting, please edit a product and go to Time tab and modify Display Order Time field:
To use digit based sorting, please edit a product and go to System tab and modify Display Order field:
Note: this sorting is at store level
